When I try to sign into hp from my android cell it won't let me. gives me incorrect password. I updated it earlier because I was getting that message. After I updated my password, I tried to sign in and I got the same message. So I tried it on my desktop and it went right in. No problem getting signed in from desktop. Still can not sign in from android cell..... Please HELP

When attempting to use the HP Smart app on an Android device, you are unable to log in to or create an account. Click on this link to log in or create an HP Smart account.

No this did not work. This is most exasperating, as no one has been able to give a definitive answer as to the cause of this issue, let alone a solution. Therefore, a set of promises that the app claimed on android is null and void.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the account issues.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
