Product: samsung galaxy J7
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

can't get support on the phone. I can't get my HP DeskJet 3752 to print pdf's from my Samsung Galaxy J7

1) Are you getting any error message? 

2) What's the app that you are printing from? 

3) Have you tried printing any other type of documents or pictures from a different app?
