Same error on M2070W. Never liked Samsung printers but this one really takes the biscuit! Having to tell a customer he can either downgrade Windows to an old version or replace his previously working printer is just embarrising! Sort it out HP!

HI! Try this fix.
http://4566.tistory.com/attachment/cfile6.uf@992B5B3C5B1DF46022968A.zip
hotfix_usb_win10_v1803.zip
Then restart your PC and printer.

Try this link. The guy edited his post and replaced it with a different link but I got a mail with this link in it. As this is from Samsung, I decided to trust it and it worked! Didn't even need a restart. Thanks Aleksandr_H!!!

Good afternoon. I understand your concern. So I looked for this file on the website of the samsung and found a similar one. The link from the original post was on him. Below it was indicated. They say it helps, too. Here she is.
But then I saw a little different contents of the patches and changed the link. I can not check the first patch yet. About security - both patches are signed with the digital signature of HP.

Aleksandr:
It worked! Thank you...thank you...thank you!
Not being able to scan, and then only being able to scan to jpg (that was helpful though) cost me a number of hours and anguish.
I was alway anticipating the HP would jump in to our conversation....
Good to be back on track.

Thanks, Aleksandr_H for addressing my concern.
I see that others have applied the patch and that it is working. I will hold off a little while longer in the hopes that someone from HP/Samsung support confirms here that it is legitimate.
