I receive message "I/O error while communicating with the device"

HP Recommended

I am desperate, small business, and I need to scan all the time.

How do you downgrade to Windows 10 version 1709

or where do I get VUE Scan ?

Help as soon as possible.

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HP

Samsung used to be excellent in customer support,

any way to speak with an actual person in HP ?

I have the same problem after upgrade Windows 10 to version 1803 at the latest. It stopped working Easy Document Creator. I need scan function with PDF creator.

Reinstalation of all printer software did not help.
