If the ID and password have been changed and that information is unavailable, then resetting the network settings is required, this will set the ID and password back to the default credentials.

 

I am trying to reset my password for the SamsungCLX9301.  admin sec00000 is not working

Find the service manual online and it will contain instructions for accessing tech mode, which will allow you to reset everything.
