HP Recommended

I have Samsung SCX-4200 printer, trying to print or make a copy of document, it has sound that it is starting to print, but then shows jammed paper message on display, but there is no jammed paper, printer hasn't even ''took'' the paper. 

 

Any suggestions how to solve this issue?

HP Recommended

Worn out paper pickup roller, you will need to get it replaced.
