Product: K3250NR

Samsung K3250 has been stuck in the logo interface after starting up, and restarts every few minutes, but it can print normally.
After using usblist2 update, it is still stuck in the logo, the original configuration still exists, and the login information is lost, so it cannot login. In this case, how to clear the original configuration information, so that I can login SWS normally.😑He's driving me crazy.
