Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently had the HDD stop working on a ProXpress M4580FX.  I have tried the recovery option from the Tech Menu, but without success.  I have been trying to find the HDD Recovery files so that I might put them on a USB drive and start the recovery, but I am unable to find them anywhere.  I have scoured the internet and saw links pointing to the HP FTP site, which seems to no longer be working, and I have found other posts with others who are looking for the files being told to PM a tech who has the files.  I am hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction and help me track these files down.

HP Recommended

HP discontinued the ability to browse their FTP site so you need to get a link directly from an agent. I have escalated your post in the hopes someone from HP can assist you.
