Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
M2070 "sleeping" Wifi Win10 . It constantly does this. I've tried SyncThruWeb but to log in, it demands id and password. Where do I find these, please?

Hello,
Try the following solution:
- Enter admin into the ID space and sec00000 into the Password space, then click LOGIN.
NOTE: The password might not be sec00000 if an admin has set the password to something different, or if the printer is an older model (for older models, the default password is 1111).
Refer to How to Log In to SyncThru Web Service for the above information.
