I am having the same problem. It is for work so it is urgent that a 64 bit driver for a Samsung scanner becomes available.

Whilst I appreciate your reply (HP person listing all the printers that should have most of the functions with AirPrint). Im not that reassured that my printer 'should' have 'most of the functions' working with AirPrint.

My printer needs to work tomorrow, if i upgrade to Catalina today and my printer doesn't work (with what ever fudged work around is suggested). Will HP give me a free replacement (let alone me having to drive to a library and try to print tomorrow), no they wont.

 

So whats happened with HP getting back to our forum person with an ACTUAL working driver by the end of Nov? what a surprise that didn't happen.

Still no drivers for the Samsung M2835DW. I get that this thread started as about the M2070w but others have replied and the Catalina issue is much more widespread. Disappointing Christmas!

Click on "Choose a different OS", select 10.15, and you will see drivers for the M2070W were released on December 11, 2019. Still no drivers for my Samsung printer M2835DW and I imagine many others.

Scanner still not work 😞

If you try scan pdf format files are corrupted.

I agree. Drivers are available for download. But installation fails :

"Installation failed. Please contact your representative".

 

Note :  you must force security to allow this installation to began (go to System Preferences/Security and allow install program. But it fails at the end.
