Product: M2070 Xpress printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer will not scan and the error message I keep getting is "The requested image cpould not be scanned.Please check if scanner is properly connected.If your system does not have enough memory"

the current processing failed, probably due to lack of memory or disk space in your system or due to problems at your device side

Same problem for me. Scanner doesn't go. Print is ok. J think it's due to latest windows update
