Product: Samsung C43x series

I have a brand new samsung C43x - I’m needing to print on card (210gsm) the colours are so so faded. Please can someone help. I’ve changed settings to various things such as cardstock / thick / matte. Nothing has worked. Thank you so much.

HP Recommended

Are the colors printing ok on standard printing paper?  If not try removing the toner and redistributing the ink.  Make sure no packing is left inside the machine.
