Try / Consider

Printers are different.

Density of the document (DPI) makeup and / or what the particular printer can perceive and print may influence the results when comparing one printer to another.

1.  Print the document on the printer that responds as expected.

2.  Consider options to allow the "other printer" to print the document as required / expected.

Ideas include (and are not limited to)

Try increasing the width of the grid-line (Cell Format).

If you don't want to make changes to the original file, make a copy of the document.  Edit the copy to test the result.

These are older reference points found with Google:

  • Gridlines may not be of sufficient thickness (size) to print.  Work around this by formatting the grid in specific Cells.

Print gridlines in a worksheet

This is one of those topics for which there are many articles, documents, and proposed solutions.

Use your favorite search engine and search for information.  For Example, search for "grid lines not printing in excel".  If relevant, add your Office Software version to the search (ie., 2016).
