Product: DellXPS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been having error code 11-1112 for a quite a while so downloaded the latest firmware as advised.

When i open the folder (V3.00.01.11) there are release notes in both English and Korean, a HD file and a USBlist2 application.

I can't open the HD file - nothing happens. The release notes don't contain any information on how open or intstall the files, they just list what the new firmware does, and I can't open the application.

Please help. Not sure what elset do?????
