Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C480FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer

Hello, I have the Samsung Xpress C480FW, and I'm getting the message on the display that says output bin full. However, there is no paper in the bin. I went to the manual for guidance, and it said to make sure that the sensor is facing down, but it does not tell me where the sensor is nor how to face it down. So I need help locating the sensor. Please advise. Thank you.
