Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bonjour,

Merci d'avance.

Hello, I recently, and it seems to me since a Windows 10 update, a problem to connect my pc with HDMI cable to my TV. (my tv is a Samsung).

On one of my Samsung TVs, I have the picture, but not the sound. Only the speakers of the pc can produce the sound of the video projected on the screen (tv and pc). I searched in all settings, tutorials, device managers, nothing helps. The pc refuses to recognize the TV as a sound player. And suddenly, YouTube videos give me an error code, Netflix programs too….

However the resolutions are set to the maximum (1080x1920), and all the updates seem to be done. moreover, I can neither choose the order of the screens in the display settings.

As for my 2nd Samsung TV, I can neither have image nor sound. The TV constantly displays "No Signal".

I know the problem is complicated to explain, but if someone has had the same problem or knows how to fix it, I would need some help.

Do not hesitate to ask me if you want more details on my problem.

Thank you in advance.
