Hello,
Does anyone know how to let the red line on the printed paper go? Is it something wrong with the part inside the printer? I had this printer for about 5 years, what should I do thanks. This problem has occurred for some years I think.

Did you replace with OEM or 3rd party. Failure rate of off brand toners can run as high as 30%. If you have a single color defect it will be the toner in 99% of cases. If the defect is repetitive, you can measure the distance between defects and use a defect ruler to determine what component is causing the problem.

Hi Valsimot,
So the best solution is try to change a new magenta toner? I had changed all the toners due to usage deterioration before, and I purchased it from reliable stores.
Is it possible is because the paper roller inside the printer is deterioration and need to replaced?
Thanks
