Samsung SCX 3405

Hi, I moved from the UK to China and the original Samsung cartridge MLT-D101S which I bought is not working. It looks like it might be a region setting issue. Can you please help me resolve it?

If the printer and cartridge were bought in the same region, moving would not affect that. Regionalization is programmed into the printer and the simple act of relocating would not cause a problem. What is the exact problem you are having?

The printer was bought in the UK and the toner cartridge was bought  in China (where I live now). The printer doesn't recognise the cartridge despite being original Samsung.
