Samsung Xpress SL-C480FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Hi there my Samsung C480FW - 08GRB8KH9F0090J apparently is all good wirelessly connected - it says that is idle and connected - assumes it is printing but won't print at all, I have tried to disconnect, deinstall etc but still does not work.
My
MacBook Pro M1 is currently with Sonoma 14.2.1 but it was already happening with the previous operative system.

What to do?

Thanks!

If your wireless network is 5Ghz, try configuring a unique SSID for the 2.4Ghz channel of your router and only allow the printer to connect to that SSID.  Often a device will show as connected but is not able to communicate.
