 my printer is making these lines, i have changed the toner and the roller drum unit, any ideas anyone??

Measure the distance between defects and the chart below will tell you which component is causing the problem

Thank you for your reply, so it looks like the lines are just over 75mm apart so could be either fuser or toner but i have changed both?

The lines im getting some go all the way across and some dont, they match along the page though

Just to confirm you replaced the fuser? Your original post stated you replaced toner and drum.

I did the toner and the part behind with the green roller on it, is that not the fuser? If not where do i find the fuser and do you know the part number?

Post a picture of what replaced so we can avoid any confusion. A green roller suggest a drum unit, not a fuser.

That is the toner and the drum (imaging unit). The fuser is a completely different part that bonds the toner to the paper. It does not simply pull out, a certain amount of disassembly is required to remove it. The link I posted for the fuser would be one source you can investigate.
