Product: Samsung CLP-680DW Color Laser Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Installed two new genuine toner cartridges for this colour lazer printer Samsung CLP-680DW . Printer says neither toner cartridges are compatible. Both are the correct region. Never had this problem before. Tried cleaning brass contact heads, switching printer on and off again and updating to latest firmwhere. Nothing works. These toner cartridges are very expensive and I cannot afford just to right them off. What else can I do?

HP Recommended

If you purchased them new from HP direct or an authorized reseller you should be able to get them replaced under warranty. You should contact the purchase location.
