First thing you need to do is to narrow down whether this is a hardware or software issue. Are you able to copy or print reports from the control panel of the printer? If yes, the problem is more likely a driver or program issue, rather than a printer issue. Make sure that you are using the most current available driver software from HP as a first step. If you are unable to print a report or make a copy then likely you have a hardware issue.
