Hi
I am printing wirelessly from my Laptop, Dell (Windows 10 64 bit) to my Samsung Wireless model ProXpress M3820DW.
When I added the Samsung printer to my print set up there was no Samsung option. I select Generic.
Do I need a driver? What is the download link?
When I print I am getting partial legible text and partial garbage.
Thank you 🙂
Dora

Hello your problem is caused from a bad or wrong print driver. I would recommend using a UPD (Universal Print Driver) provided by HP. Here is the link for the print driver for your model.
1. Click on Driver- Universal Print Driver (3)
2. Basic Drivers (3)
3. Recommend Post Script Driver
4. Download and extract file
5. Install print driver or change current driver
Hope this helps, thanks
