Product: Samsung CLX-3185FW
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

 

After upgrading my desktop Mac to Catalina 10.15.1, I'm unable to connect to my Samsung CLX-3185FW printer. 

 

I've tried to locate new drivers, but the HP support site only goes up to macOS v.10.14.

 

Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

Same for me today, that's the cherry on the cake after 2 weeks struggling to fix my photoshop on Catalina.

I've been looking over the web but didn't find a fix or any news that an updated driver would be released :|(

I'll keep you posted if I find a work around. Please do the same. Thank you

I think i found a (partial) solution.

 

go to:

The following HP site

https://printersetup.ext.hp.com/TS/Client/en/Install.html

Select color MFP (multi function printer) during the install.

 

This should be a universal driver.

 

The only problem im having so far is scanning to pdf - it doesnt work. You have to scan to jpeg and then convert.
