Hi there we have had our printer for a number of years and has worked fine over WiFi form windows pc, apple iPad and iphone.

 

our WiFi router packed up the other day, it was replaced and since then have not been able to print.

 

the light on the printer indicating WiFi is blue - looks ok

 

when I print off the Network Configuration page and scrolling through the menu it says the status is ‘Disconnected’

 

to confuse things I think we have been changing the IP address on the printer.

 

My partner changed it to our router IP address, (when I was out!), I changed it back to the one listed in the Samsung app from when it was previously working - not sure how it all works And how the IP is assigned

 

when using the Samsung app i click select device - it says Device not found
