My printer will not scan anymore.  It worked last Friday but not today (Wednesday 9/25).  Tried contacting support but couldn't get in contact.  I've never been able to get this printed to do wireless.  Tried for hours/days/weeks now.  Additionally, the printer can't be recognized any longer by my Ipad Pro (when it worked fine last month).  Disgusted.

Hello Cfva,

sorry to hear that you are having similar troubles.

I have never tried to use my printer wirelessly, either, since I'm able to connect it with cable.

When my printer stopped working, I realized that it was the first time I was trying to use it after the most recent major Win 10 update. Rather than roll back the update, I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it. Then it worked again.

Your situation differs from mine, though, in that your printer is no longer recognized by your iPad Pro. I had been using my MacBook to perform A/B tests whenever my printer stopped working on my Windows machine to rule out the possibility that the printer was defective.

I hope you are able to localize the problem.
