HP Recommended

This entire issue has been an eye-opener due to the lack of support given the Samsung product we purchased. I will not buy another HP product because I will abandon them as they have abandoned me. They want us to go away, so we will go away, never to come back.

Im afraid @Jzehaz, that every day that goes past, you are more and more right, im also hearing this from other people... in other places. We are not the only group, by far.
