Hi,
I have just bought a brand new Samsung C430 printer, but for me it looks like I got a refurbished item. The fuser unit and the transfer belt have more impressions than the printer itself, which is quite confusing to me.
Can it be normal, or somebody modified the printer before? Sadly, it’s not working properly 😞

Well, it does not look like it's a new printer.
Three years old, maybe? Product introduced in 2017
The report you posted indicates the toner is from 2019 (except the yellow = 2015), fuser from 2017 (last used January 2020).
Not a new printer.
If it came with a return guarantee, consider returning the item to the merchant.
