I had a problem with the Fuser, so I decided to order a new one.

The old Partnumber is:  JC91-01103A

I ordered twice a new Fuser and every time I received the part number JC91-01142A.

I get the error message u1-2132 every time.  Is here anybody who can help me to fix my problem?

Is this the wrong part number?

Or is the part broken?

needs a special installation?

That is the correct part number? Did a fuser error lead you to order one in the first place? If so, it might be something else wrong with your printer.

Thank you for the answer.

There was no error to replace the fuser unit. I was able to print but the quality was bad, so I checked the fuser unit an saw that the fuser belt was damaged. So I decide to order a new fuser unit. But every time i install the new fuser unit I get the message U1-2132.

In the service manual I saw the part number of the fuser unit was JC91-00931A for the 220V unit.

Just checked on HP Parts Surfer and there is something odd there.

Part number JC91-01103A is listed as the 220V fuser for the CLX-9250 device, that is the ONLY device listed as compatible.

Part number JC91-01142A listed as the 220V fuser for most CLX-9XXX printers other than the CLX-9250.

While it would be unusual for one device to have a different fuser I cannot rule it out. It may be that vendors are assuming they are compatible. I have elevated your issue to moderators so that they can engage someone at HP who has the full story on which fuser is correct.

Thank You for your support.

My result for the research regarding is that the part number ist outdated and the fitting part number should be the

JC82-00389A

But I can't order this part number here in Germany. All out of stock.

A check of my dealer pricing sheet shows both products are now listed as obsolete.
