As the new (and first actual in-house) IT Administrator, I have been cleaning up a lot of messes.

My current arch-nemesis is a Samsung C4062FX that was set up (poorly) by someone in the past, and they also changed the admin password AND Tech password (As far as I can tell, nothing I have tried has worked); have tried the default admin and password of sec00000 and that doesn't work, and Tech logins as well.  I have also been through a list of the companies "standard" passwords (cringe).

Any help on how to fully wipe/factory reset this MFP so that it can be set up correctly, would be of great help!

The only suggestion I can give is to try a recovery from the backup paritiion on the drive. You need to access recovery mode to do this howver if the tech password has been changed that will be impossible.
