Product: SAMSUNG ML-1865W
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Hi there, I have been using my samsung printer . All of a sudden, it cannot be activatet anymore. The orange LED ist blinking, Toner is full, paper ist put in correctly. So there seems to be an issue with firmware according to the user manual. The computer says, the print is offline, so there is no way to remotely correct.

I have already tried the HP Support, but they won't recognize the Serial no of my printer. What can I do?
