SAMSUNG ML-5510ND Jamming Issue

HP Recommended
ML-5510ND
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have recently begun to experience issues with my samsung where the paper is jamming constantly. i have had the printer stripped down (as far as a simple user could strip down, removing toner/drum unit and the fuser unit and have made sure all entries/exits are clear. paper will still not feed all the way through. i had managed to get the odd sheet through but then the mp tray will then also not fully feed through. if there is any advice regarding this that would be helpfull.

Also any advice on what would be the more modern equivelant to the ml-5510nd as its used for a busy office and needs same capacity and speed, keeping in the samsung range and prefereably price range.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Dan

I would suggest to clean all the rollers that feeds the paper through the machine.Maybe give themachine a good blow out with compressed air before cleaning the rollers.Hope this will solve the problem.
