Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer reboots/resets itself every few minutes.  This causes it to go off-line and printing is disabled.  If powered off for 10 minutes or so, it may behave for a little while but will soon revert to rebooting.  I haven't found anything on the website that addresses the issue.
