I bought a second hand Samsung SL-C460FW cheap as it needed new toners.
After I installed them it says Paper Jam Tray 1?
There is no Jam?
I have checked all over it and the scanner, wifi etc work ok but cannot print?
Guess what? I bought an identical model that needed toner and that has the same error message?
The only common thing was paper so I bought some more different brand but no good
What can be going on? Is it me it does not like and now i have 2 color printers and loads of toner that do not work?
Apparently both previous owners never had this problem?
Help please?
Chris

Thanks, I delved deeper into why it should happen on 2 printers and found a youtube solution (in spanish)
Showing how to fix it
You have to replace a small piece of rubber on the paper feed solenoid which is buried very deeply inside the printer - but worth doing for the end result
Mine was a different model but worked well on both of mine

Ok, we need to narrow things down a little. Answer this question. If you power off the device, remove any usb or network cables and start the printer does it come to ready or come to the error? If the error comes up only after you try to print then you may have bad feed rollers in the tray. If you get the error when first turned on then you have either a stuck flag or a sensor or board failure.
