Product: SL-M4030nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am a distributor of IT products and after replacing the fuser it is necessary to reset the counter. I follow the steps to get to the menu option reset counters fuser, I enter the code / password but the printer continue requesting the replacement of the fuser. In other teams I had no problem. Any ideas?. Thank you

Yes, from the tech mode it not works. But only not works the reset fusor, the others reset go to 0.
