Product: Samsung M2070W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

After the last Windows 10 version 2004 update - my Samsung M2070W will no longer scan using the buttons on the machine. I have  had this problem previously and update the drivers to fix it - so I reinstalled all of the drivers from the following page:

 

 https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-xpress-sl-m2070-laser-multifunction-printer...

 

I am still getting the following error:

 

I/O error while communicating with the device

 

Any assistance of how to get it to work once again would be greatly appreciated.
