Product: M4580FX
Hi. I am servicing a Samsung 4580FX that recently had a HDD failure. According to the service manual, replacing the hard drive requires a memory card with the following 3 files:

 

- Unix script files x 2

- HDD Image File x 1

 

Will HP provide these files? I searched the entire web but couldn't find the files I needed.
