Product: Samsung ProXpress SL-C4060FX Color Laser Multifunction Printer

After replacing the printer's failed hard drive and reinstalling the HDD boot files (thanks, Repairatrooper), I am now unable to print or copy in colour.

 

I have the latest firmware for the printer, but I am unable to install/update it. I tried all available options via webview and the touchscreen system - neither has the option to update the firmware file available.

 

The current software/firmware version is stated as 'not available'

 

Is anyone aware of another way to 'push' a new firmware version onto the system?

I kindly request your assistance regarding my Samsung ProXpress C4060FX color multifunction printer. The device is currently stuck at startup with the message "Loading...", and attempts to perform a USB firmware update result in the error "NOT UPD_CONNECTED."

After researching, I have found that a full HDD recovery is likely required. According to other users in the HP Support Community, the following recovery package may be needed:
