Hi. I've seen this question a few times and the answer has always been hidden. My company acquired a new office which contained two of these Samsung proXpress C4062FX MFP's. Both are fully loaded with low mileage that we would like to add to a new network.

 

Of course we don't know either the admin or tech passwords so here I am. I did find the default hardrive image which I downloaded. I'm hoping there is some magic  button combination or an easy way to restore the image.

 

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Check online for the service manual, it will contain instructions on clearing existing passwords and resetting data.
