Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason, despite selecting 100% scaling, the easy print manager always prints two pages per sheet.  And always defaults to econo mode, no matter what I try.  Despite experimenting with every every setting, it always prints that way. For $100 right now, I could not print one full-size 8.5 X 11 page of text.  Even printing one page, the print is shrunk to half the size, as shown in the photo.

Solutions or recommendations would e received with immense gratitude, because this printer did not come with a magnifying glass to read what was printed.
