Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Prints & copies fine in black. I I have read about the Fuser Unit & LSU. Any info on how to find Fuser unit?

 

Any other suggestions?

I managed to remove the Fuser Unit. Can anyone confirm that replacing Fuser Unit will solve issue on printing/copying in colour?
