Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

after the firmware update, I have the printer (out of warranty) that is "locked" with all the flashing LEDs (I also tried to disconnect and plug in power).

How can I solve it?

Did you somehow resolve your problem?

I have the same, after performing firmware upgrade using the ...upgrade  "patch",

C:\Users\...   \Local\Temp\Carlsen_W_JIG_krom_199.hd

 

it says that my firmware version is up to date, but all i get is flashing lights and the toner 

all read ZERO %,

These are original Samsung toner purchased with the printer.
