following ... My Samsung CLP365W printer does not work as it should.
I have bought a cheap toner (DoItWiser) ... After the black cartridge was displayed as empty, I have exchanged these.
Now suddenly all 4 "incompatible toner" in the driver displayed. even after returning to the original toner.
After desperately making a firmware update, with "successful" status.
When plugged in and switched on, the Stauts LED lights up green. However, the printer does not initialize anymore and can not be turned off by the button. No Button does work.
Connection via WLAN, LAN, USB is not possible.
I've started disassembling the printer so I can get to the boards. Optically nothing bad is visible.
May I ask you for your experience and advice on where the problem could be.
From the toner dealer, I get no support, even HP (Samsung incl.) Not. This would have offered a firmware update, but the printer is not "reachable" from the PC.
I hope for your passionate help

I would remove all supplies and cycle the power to see what happens. If it starts and prompts for supplies start installing cartridges one at a time to see if one cartridge is triggering the error.
