Product: CLP 620 ND
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is stuck displaying "Wait Image" with solid red light. Rebooting goes instantly through System Initialize directly to Wait Image display. Nothing works and no communication with computer. Google search suggests that the printer is in a firmware upgrade sequence. Cannot find any firmware or upgrade directions.
