HP Recommended

Thank you DanSanSTL for your suggestion dated 08-04-2019. 
I have replaced part nr. JC92-02505A and the display got back working perfectly.

Before that, none of the other suggestions (with the 3 keys + power button, remove/replace SD card) had solved the issue of the frozen logo.
