Product: Dell Insiron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried several ways to update the firmware on my CLX 9251 MultiXpress printer with same results. It will process to 85% complete and stop. Using the SyncThruWeb interface the UI app reports Progressing with 85% complete an 10 seconds remaining. The display is showing a blue Samsung image that goes off and on. How can I proceed. Thanks
