Hello and thanks for looking,
I have a customer with the Samsung CLX-9352 – they are trying to scan large files to email but when they get the emails the files have been split into 3 parts, for instance……………
I ran the documents through all at once and didn’t even actually require to use the job build function. However, it broke the document up into 5 emails. 4 at 6GB and the final one at 1 GB.
Can anyone tell me how and what to change on the sync through or the machine to allow them a unlimited size, or even 20 meg.
I hope this makes sense,
Thanks again for looking
Chris.

Hi,
- Open a web browser and type your printer's IP address.
To locate it press the Menu button until System Setup is displayed, and then press the OK button.
Press the directional pad, left or right, until Report is displayed, and then press the OK button.
Press the directional pad, left or right, until the Network Config. or Network Info. is displayed, and then press OK.
Select Yes, and then press OK to print. the IP is shown on the printed report. - Click the Machine Settings tab, and then select the E-mail Setup menu from the left navigation pane to view the E-mail Setup screen.
Note: click the Login button located at the upper if not Machine Settings tab is shown, the default login user name and password is admin/sec00000 - Follow the steps on screen to modify the active profile, change the Maximum Message Size as you would need and save the changes.
- Note: I do not suggest setting an Unlimited Size as setting a size bigger that the max size supported by you mail provider will cause scan failures when the size exceeds the limit...
- click Apply to save the changes
