Samsung M2070
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. Brand new notebook with Windows 10 20H2. Samsung M2070 connected via USB. I can print and scan using microsoft embedded system. Samsung twain driver (just downloaded from hp's site) can see the printer.  Samsung Easy printer manager starts, but samsung  easy document creator (v.2.02.53) cannot start. As I click on it, the icon  appear near the clock, but putting the mouse on it, appears something like "cannot start easy printer manager. reinstall the software correctly" and then it closes. I tried to reinstall it a lot of time. I tried also the "I/O patch" (but I never received I/O error), tried to start it as administrator, as windows 7, as windows 8, as pope.... Nothing

Any ideas?

My personal recommendation is to uninstall all Samsung printer related software from the control panel until nothing is there, then download everything and install it. This is an issue with the Windows installation files, so this usually fix it.

Hi. Already did it 3 times, with reboot after every time.... I was thinking about some windows update of 20H2...

If that is the case sometimes there is files that remain in the Windows Registry, you'll need to clear those, you can either do it manually by pressing "Windows key+R" then typing "regedit" however this could be risky, you can use programs like CCLEANER so it will be easier.
