Product: Samsung M2024
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

After upgrading to Catalina, my M2024W printer will no longer print. After multiple attempts to reinstall the driver, the printer will not even connect. When trying to download the firmware provided on the website, the only file it downloads is an .exe file. Please advise.

And when you go diving into the driver software download pages make sure you double-check the OS Version that it thinks you have because it gets it wrong by default. Once you manually reset it to 10.15 Catalina you should be shown the correct driver (V3.91) to download.
