Hi.

 

I used M2026 printer. One day it stop print. After printing report, I found info:

Link Status: Not connected

Link Quality: No Signal

 

Quality signal is not a problem. All others devices in area works well.

 

How can I fix it? I tried to make hard reset, but this printer does not have that option. I can't install Easy Printer Manager - its not work on MacOS Big Sur.

Note: Printing works with USB cable connection.

The Samsung printers can only work on 2.4 Ghz signals, if the signal that you have is a 5 Ghz, the printer won't connect or will be disconnected. Since you have Big Sur, the only way to reconnect the printer will be by trying with the WPS button if your router supports it.
